POSITION OBJECTIVE: Perform the duties required and/or assigned to the Maintenance Department. NATURE AND SCOPE: This position is responsible for the repair, preventive maintenance and/or the troubleshooting of the air conditioning system, electrical system, plumbing, mechanical, machinery, pneumatic and electric hand tools, equipment including the rigging and painting equipment, industrial trucks, heavy transportation equipment, cranes and general building maintenance. Functions will also include but not limited to carpentry and repair of company vehicles. Maintain all maintenance related paperwork. Interfaces and monitors services by outside service vendors. Utilizes the preventive maintenance system.
