Maintenance 2 maintain property, plant and equipment in a productive, efficient and safe manner by performing the following duties: Principal Responsibilities: Inspects, services, repairs and constructs plant processing equipment, including structures, utilities, loaders, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, and pressure vessel work throughout the plant. Utilizes welding and fabrication tools to alter, repair and fabricate processing equipment. Proficiency in metalworking including welding, fabrication (stick/MIG), and oxy acetylene torch. Performs the Preventative Maintenance Program established by the Company Documents and reports maintenance work performed and advises of future requirements in a timely manner. Participates and contributes to company safety program. Performs other related duties as assigned. Strong mechanical aptitude being able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems is required. Successful candidates will be self-motivating and learn quickly in a hands-on environment. A Maintenance 2 gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to Maintenance 1 under direction of experienced Maintenance 1 by performing the above duties.
