About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support upkeep and repairs across our residential and commercial properties in New Castle, DE. Direct Hire!! Great Benefits!! Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm, $28-33/hr
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in property or building maintenance.
- Strong skills in plumbing, roofing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Carpeting/flooring skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screen.
- HVAC knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance Tech tier 3; supervise 2-3 other lower-tier maintenance techs and be able to help out when needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, roofing leaks, electrical, and carpentry issues.
- Perform general maintenance: drywall, painting, doors/windows, flooring, etc.
- Carpeting installation/repair.
- Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with management and vendors as needed.
