Requirements

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a related position.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• Requires working knowledge of Maintenance and the hotel's services, policies and operations.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance of guest rooms and equipment.
• Work in a team setting, as well as independently complete tasks assigned by management and staff.
• Perform minor drywall, plumbing, electrical work and paint skills.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean workspace during your shift.
• Push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Work from a ladder as needed.
• Bend, stretch and kneel to work on various equipment.
• Any other work assigned by the Chief Engineer.
