About The Position

The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with the organization’s safety program including the handling of any hazardous materials and conducting regular fire, disaster, and other emergency drills. Assists with the development of inspection schedules, anticipates maintenance and equipment needs, and communicates the findings to the Facility Manager. Conducts routine heating and air conditioning maintenance and repair to include filter changes, clean coils, grease and oil motors, change belts in air conditioning and heating systems on the roof, in patient care areas, and other areas of the building. Carries our general repair and maintenance needs. Carries out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair needs. Responds in a timely manner to alarms and codes in accordance with safety and security policies and procedures. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent, preferred.
Experience in a related maintenance field.
Technical or trade school preferred.

Responsibilities
