Your goals and objectives include: The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience working in the technical field of plumbing, electrical, HVAC or enrolled in a technical school for one of the fields listed.
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

General maintenance experience in a hospital setting preferred.
