The technician will track maintenance requests using Facility Dude and carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair. Additionally, the technician will prepare the facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs, and equipment, and will respond timely to alarms and codes in accordance with safety and security policies and procedures.
