Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience working in the technical field of plumbing, electrical, HVAC or enrolled in a technical school for one of the fields listed.
• General maintenance experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.
