About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment incl. bearings, couplings, conveyors. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
