About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform timely repairs. Inspect, adjust, and replace mechanical components as needed. Collaborate with plant leadership and maintenance teams to support operational goals. Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Commitment to working safely and following established protocols.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
