Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) The HVAC Mechanic maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs any and all HVAC systems and temperature control systems. Schedules, maintains, and executes all preventative and corrective activities and projects in the HVAC shop.

Requirements

• CFR License required.
• High school/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
• Maintains all records and reports appropriate with the trade
• Performs and documents and analyses periodic testing of the boiler water daily and cooling towers daily when in operation
• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and in accordance with applicable safety regulations
• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunction HVAC control systems
• Maintains the proper inventory of repair and maintenance supplies required.
• Estimates time and material required to complete assigned tasks
• Completes preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in correct and timely manner
• Completes assignments in a timely manner
• Assists other trades as required
