About The Position

Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.g. Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning;
Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations;
Clean and maintain light fixtures and replacement bulbs.
Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a “Clean as You Go” mindset
Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile, and genuine greeting
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and tidy
