About The Position

Land Rover Mission Viejo is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our high-performing service department. As a Mainline Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Land Rover vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering a premium ownership experience to our customers.

Requirements

Previous mainline technician experience (Land Rover or European brand preferred)
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Land Rover vehicles
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure timely vehicle delivery
Adhere to safety procedures and dealership policies
