As a Technical Advisor at Ensono, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Mainframe-related inquiries and lead technical resource for our clients. Your role will involve providing leadership in troubleshooting and execution, ensuring that you maintain open lines of communication with various departments. You will be expected to demonstrate sound judgment in all aspects of your duties, utilizing your strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve issues that may arise, ultimately optimizing our clients' infrastructure. The Technical Advisor team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the service we deliver to our clients through effective management of client communication, proactive and reactive problem management, and reducing the frequency of repeat issues through thorough root cause analysis. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with clients by becoming their main point of contact. You will collaborate closely with the Technical Delivery Manager to identify and capture operational risks, insights, and improvements related to Mainframe operations. Additionally, you will assist in the development and execution of improvement plans, partner with Solution Architects to review and validate the feasibility of solutions, and make recommendations accordingly. Your responsibilities will also include enhancing Change Order Execution for Optimize and Run teams, coordinating and communicating software and hardware technology roadmaps to client stakeholders, and interfacing between Ensono teams and client stakeholders to identify efficiencies and process improvements. You will also participate in Knowledge Transfer activities for onboarding new clients to transition support to Business As Usual (BAU) Mainframe teams.
