About The Position

The Mainframe Storage Administrator role at Alight involves supporting Mainframe Tape and Storage management, including software installations and maintenance. The position requires maintaining up-to-date documentation and contributing to the Disaster Recovery plan for the mainframe environment, while collaborating with various business units across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience knowledge of IBM's Mainframe systems
• Experience with technical project management concepts
• 10 years' experience in HR outsourcing, particularly in Health and Welfare Administration
• Display an understanding of the IBM Mainframe environment
• Experience in On-call environments, as needed
• Experience with a team-oriented approach
• Display an ability to interpret technical information and address user requests
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Interest in learning IBM's RMM Tape Management
• Eagerness to develop programming skills in REXX or SAS/MXG
