About The Position

Mainframe Security Expert will lead vulnerability assessments including policies and procedure reviews to help ensure a strong, hardened and compliant security posture of the IBM mainframe security environment.

• BA or BS or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM zOS of security architecture, administration or engineering.
• Proven experience with mainframe security solutions (RACF, Top Secret, ACF2)
• Strong understanding of zOS operating System
• Experience conducting and leading security reviews
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform RACF or ISV Security Assessments.
• Perform Reviews of Mainframe Parameters that Effect Security Posture and Compliance.
• Migration from ISV security products to IBM RACF.
• Ability to use zSecure or Vanguard tools for Security Monitoring and reporting.
