The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JCL, COBOL, CICS, Easytrieve, and VSAM, along with a solid understanding of incidents, problems, and change management processes. This role requires hands-on experience with batch scheduling tools and data file management, as well as the ability to work in a 24x7 production support environment with an on-call rotation. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and validating batch cycles, ensuring timely execution of production jobs, and collaborating with various teams to maintain high system availability and reliability.
