The selected applicant will be providing support to existing production applications and will be providing work management and technical leadership to a team performing technical analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, deployment and implementation of changes, modifications, and enhancements to legacy applications. Job Description: Responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation for new and existing legacy application software, and production support for systems with medium complexity. Primary DXC client point of contact in the COS area. Qualifications include good organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good time management skills, ability to work independently and effectively communicate with team members and customers. The applicant must be capable of working at a broad technical level and must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to systems development. Position requires 6+ years of programming and related experience as outlined above. Mainframe application skills and experience are required. Skills and tools include (but not limited to): COBOL, IMS, DB2, MFS, DLT0, Debugger, Syncsort, TSO and other IBM Z/OS mainframe technologies and utilities. ADF knowledge and experience are pluses. Manufacturing experience (preferably in the steel industry) is highly recommended
