About The Position
The position involves the installation, updating, and administration of Mainframe CICS products. The role requires maintaining IBM CICS/MQ and related ISV products, including BMC MAPR and IBM tools such as Fault Analyzer and Debug Tool. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring CICS regions and performing changes in accordance with company regulations and security standards. Additionally, the role includes assisting with testing, implementation, and installation of new or improved systems, as well as product upgrades. Regular interaction with management, team members, and clients is expected to continuously improve services, and participation in an On-Call rotation schedule is required.
