Globe Life is looking for an experienced Agile Technical Analyst II - Mainframe to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for using your blend of analytical, technical, business, and testing skills to elicit business and technical requirements and perform testing throughout the sprint cycle. Reporting to the IT Sr. Application Manager, you will enable your team to develop effective technology solutions and deliver impactful business outcomes. As a critical team member, you will partner across the organization to support one or more technology products that enhance the experiences of our agents, internal employees, and policyholders. You will work cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery across moderately complex domains and capabilities. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
