About The Position

As a Mainframe Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in COBOL, Assembler, CICS or similar programming languages.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL databases.
• 2+ years of experience in MQ services.
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
