Requirements

  • ASE certifications or manufacturer certifications preferred (Subaru a plus, but not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or independent shop setting.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Communicate with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding status and repairs needed.
  • Keep up with manufacturer training and certifications (we help you with that!).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
