Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair facility required
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Reynolds or other dealership management software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Accurately document vehicle concerns and service needs
  • Provide detailed cost estimates and clearly explain recommended services
  • Coordinate repair timelines and communicate status updates to customers
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through follow-up and consistent service quality
