Hyundai of Kirkland is seeking out a Main Shop Service Advisor to join our service department. This is a great opportunity with a lot of career development and growth - Our dealer is the top-performing Hyundai dealer in the Pacific Northwest! The Main Shop Service Advisor is responsible for assisting our clients throughout the repair process and writing repair orders for our technicians. The ideal candidate would have great customer service and would have previous service writing experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous service writing.
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention-to-detail.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
