About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Main Line Service Advisor to join our high-performing service department. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience while maximizing service opportunities. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and sales skills who is ready to grow with a respected, high-performing automotive team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or sales; automotive experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with automotive service management software and computer systems.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (drug-free workplace).
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs.
  • Provide expert recommendations on services and repairs.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
  • Prepare repair orders, cost estimates, and service documentation.
  • Clearly explain services and findings to customers.
  • Upsell additional maintenance and repair services when appropriate.
  • Maintain customer records and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient, accurate service.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
