About The Position

Corporate Graphics Commercial, a Taylor Company, is looking for energetic and quality driven team members to join our growing manufacturing team! We currently have an opening in our 2nd shift finishing department assisting in the operation of finishing casemaker equipment. We are looking for a goal oriented and adaptive individual to join our team.

Requirements

• Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality of finished product
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments or tasks as needed
• Flexibility in working on multiple processes throughout the year
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
• Grasp of basic mathematical skills
• Ability to use a computer to enter information

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with print materials in a professional setting

Responsibilities

• Properly set up the casemaker and case in equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system
• Quickly learn and become proficient with multiple pieces of equipment and processes
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor
