About The Position

The position is responsible for managing all cash and cash equivalents in the Main Bank and overseeing the operation of the chip bank. This includes ensuring the Chip Bank is balanced and impressed on a shift basis, receiving and verifying various forms of cash and gaming vouchers, and preparing daily bank deposits. The role also involves preparing overall cage reconciliations and accounting records, issuing and counting funds to and from TRMs and ATMs, and assisting Cage Supervisors in adhering to company policies and procedures. The position requires compliance with gaming regulations and federal regulations, including Title 31 compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or banking experience.
• At least six months of gaming experience preferred.
• Ability to receive and maintain all required certifications.
• Completion of all necessary company training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all cash and cash equivalents in the Main Bank.
• Manage all aspects of the operation of the chip bank, ensuring it is balanced and impressed on a shift basis.
• Receive and verify cash, chips, plaques, cash equivalents, gaming vouchers, jackpot payout slips, and personal checks from cashiers.
• Prepare and verify overall cage reconciliations and accounting records.
• Prepare daily bank deposits for cash, cash equivalents, Counter Checks, and personal checks.
• Receive unsecured currency and gaming vouchers and prepare related reports.
• Issue, receive, and count funds to and from TRMs and ATMs, preparing related documentation.
• Assist Cage Supervisor(s) to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Accurately receive a transfer of chips from the Vault and place them into inventory.
• Comply with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Cage related applications and transactions.
• Balance the Counter Check Bank and perform duties as the Counter Check Bank Cashier.
• Assess the need for coin and currency for TRMs and ATMs and prepare funds for replenishment.
• Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
