About The Position

The Mailroom Specialist sorts and distributes mail received from UPS, Fed Ex, etc. This position will report to the AVP, Mailroom Services at either 20 Stanwix or Liberty Commons locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Good organizational skills
• Desire and ability to provide high quality customer service.
• Ability to lift weight up to50 lbs.
• Attentiveness to detail required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating Pitney Bowes connect series mailing machines strongly preferred.
• Experience using mailroom operations equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates Pitney Bowes 8300 Inserter
• Operates Pitney Bowes connect series mailing machines, Pitney Bowes folder, and Neopost Inserter
• Receive and distribute deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex, and Office Max
• Sort and distribute mail
• Operate mailroom cargo van
• Cross train in other positions of Mail Operations as needed
• Perform other related duties as requested by Supervisor
• Serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank’s risk management program.
• Compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures is a required component of all position descriptions
