About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a New York Driver's License.

• Knowledge of sorting mail using a containment box.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, tracking, and using relevant software.

• Ability to maintain the privacy and security of sensitive information.
• Knowledge of the 5 Boroughs and the Transit System.
• Ability to walk as a foot messenger from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and prioritizing mail and packages efficiently.
• Ensuring accurate labeling, sorting, and delivering mail.
• Tracking packages using FedEx and UPS.
• Delivering mail within the five Boroughs.
• Assisting with office moves of boxes and materials.
• Handling issues related to mail delivery or processing.
