Provide incoming and outgoing mail services to DARS employees internally and externally in a professional manner on a daily basis. Ensure that deadlines are met to maintain contract. Role and Responsibilities Process agency documents on automated letter inserter. Maintain production standards established by manager. Prepare daily report detailing types of documents processed. Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner. Able to process mail on postage meters. Correctly completes all paperwork, including sample Log, dispatch tally sheets, and end of day reports. Meeting production standards. Provide movement of materials throughout agency. Consistently places mail in the correct mail slot or distribution point. Knowledgeable and able to send and receive fax messages relating to medical records for agency. Maintain tracking log for accountable mail, ensuring mail is delivered correctly to addressee at specified time of day Maintains a positive, team-oriented relationship with management, peers, and customers. Ensure outgoing cases are correctly placed in mail slot and processed with correct label and mailed with priority postage when required. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
