About The Position

As a Mailroom Associate, you will support daily operations within a high-volume mailroom environment. This role is responsible for sorting, organizing, scanning, and processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as performing accurate data entry tasks. You will work in a fast-paced, production-driven setting where attention to detail, consistency, and reliability are essential. This position involves repetitive tasks and the use of high-speed production scanners. You’ll follow established processing guidelines to ensure timely and high-quality output while supporting business-critical workflows for the client.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of work experience; mailroom or document processing preferred
  • Experience with sorting, scanning, indexing, and data entry
  • Ability to work onsite and perform repetitive tasks consistently
  • Basic PC and internet navigation skills
  • Willingness to train on high-speed production scanners
  • Strong reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 20–30 lbs. as needed
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
