The Mail Systems Operator is responsible for the daily processing of outgoing mail at the work location. This role involves producing daily manifests, processing international mail, loading postal trucks for distribution, and ordering mailroom supplies. The operator will also communicate effectively with outside organizations such as UPS, USPS, and SmartMail, and will run various mail reports. The position requires auditing for accuracy, resolving delivery issues, and preparing shipments for various carriers including DHL and FedEx.
