About The Position

Reporting to the Facilities and Mail Services Specialist, you will ensure smooth mailroom operations and exceptional customer service. You will manage incoming and outgoing mail, assist internal and external customers in person and via phone, and complete accounting and clerical tasks accurately and on time, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Operate mail metering machines and ensure compliance with USPS, UPS, and other shipping regulations. Complete accounting tasks, including processing purchase orders and payments. Sort USPS and interoffice mail and distribute to internal post office boxes. Prepare and process outgoing USPS and express mail items. Notify employees via email to pick up express mail packages. Assist walk-up customers at the mailroom counter. Answer and direct incoming calls using the automated phone attendant; screen calls per established protocols. Maintain accurate information in databases such as mail stops, front desk phone numbers, UPS ShipExec, and UPS CampusShip. Process Facilities Service Requests and Office Space Requests; schedule contractor assistance. Order office supplies and paper. Scan and electronically file documents. Ingredients Required for Your Success High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in customer service or mail services. Proficiency with basic Excel, Word, and Outlook. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
