About The Position

This role supports day-to-day operations in the regional corporate mail room, ensuring efficient handling and processing of all mail-related tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Forms, MS Planner, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Experience with BPM custom workflow tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to escalate issues as needed.
• Capability to interact with all levels of an organization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in administrative support, mailroom operations, data entry, filing, scanning, clerical tasks, sorting, and general administration.

Responsibilities

• Operate the mail meter machine, handheld package scanner, and photocopier/scanner.
• Maintain accurate records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
• Package, weigh, and process outgoing items, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Priority mail, to meet service level agreements.
• Research and resolve issues related to unidentifiable mail.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues.
