Mail/Payment Processing Clerk Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 9:00PM-5:30AM Pay is $ 19/hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Mail/Payment Processing Clerk to support banking operations through accurate, high-volume transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

Attention to detail with accuracy and good eye-hand coordination
Ability to lift to 15-20 pounds
Must be able to work overtime as required
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
Open minded with a positive attitude
Flexibility and willingness to learn and be utilized in all areas of operation
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Operate OPEX Falcon imaging/extraction equipment to process remittances and checks.
Prepare, verify, and reconcile payment batches according to client and banking guidelines.
Maintain productivity and quality standards in a deadline-driven environment.
Follow security, audit, and operational procedures while contributing to team goals.
Use intermediate computer skills to support daily processing tasks.
