Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running intelligent inserters.
• Hands-on experience with W+D and Flowmaster systems is strongly preferred.
• Technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of USPS mail requirements and workflow best practices would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run intelligent inserters (e.g., W+D BB700, Flowmaster) for complex mailing jobs.
• Load materials and ensure accurate matching using camera/barcode systems.
• Perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on inserters.
• Troubleshoot jams, misfeeds, or software issues during production.
• Ensure mailing accuracy, piece integrity, and postal compliance.
