About The Position

This position will report to the Mail & Delivery Services Supervisor and manage and distribute interoffice mail, manage the supply system, handle return mail for the Credit Union as well as special projects and duties to help support effective department operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School degree or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to give and obtain information, as well as advise or refer
  • Ability to complete simple math skills
  • Ability to understand banking computer systems
  • Ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to interact/respond to members/staff politely based on a general ‘script’; written communications are templated
  • Ability to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage Returned Mail
  • Process returned mail statements/notices in the Core/CRM- DNA
  • Sort and route department specific returned mail
  • Manage and distribute interoffice, priority mail and USPS mail delivery
  • Manage overnight/priority mail distribution system including incoming and outgoing Fed Ex
  • Handle, distribute and account for interoffice deliveries through courier
  • Handle, sort and distribute USPS incoming mail
  • Process outgoing mail through postage meter and manage pick up with USPS
  • Review billing/invoices for accounts payable for supervisor review
  • Maintain postage meter equipment
  • Is a support point of contact for the supply system through Business Essentials
  • Manages cage supply ordering through [email protected] and supplies through www.wendells.com
  • Work with Accounting to maintain electronic postage billing system
  • Review balance
  • Review invoices
  • Communication with regional vendor- Quadient
  • Monitor Courier/Delivery system
  • Maintain professional communication with courier vendor, QuickSilver for scheduling and maintenance needs
  • Communicate changes/updates to branch staff if applicable
  • Coordinate and setup of new locations with courier services
  • Metering of outgoing mail
  • Monitor and service business report printing
  • Monitor and service branch and administrative team outgoing mail
  • Monitor and service business administrative team FedEx shipment
  • Manage deliveries and pickups through loading dock
  • Manage virtual receptionist queue-Teleportivity for lobbies of Larpenteur Admin and WestMinster Admin
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation.
