We’re looking for a motivated, solutions‑driven leader to supervise our Mail & Delivery Unit. This team handles federal mail, secure document delivery, shipping/receiving, route coordination, and customer support for dozens of state agencies throughout the Willamette Valley. What You’ll Do As the Mail & Delivery Unit Supervisor, you’ll: Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate your team while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Plan, assign, and adjust daily workflows to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Build strong working relationships with customer agencies and respond to service needs with professionalism and clarity. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and audit requirements for handling confidential and secure materials.
