About The Position

Bethany Village is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support our campus operations through mail services, inventory coordination, and courier duties. This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping communication, supplies, and essential materials flowing smoothly throughout our community. Position Overview: Responsible for courier duties, collects and prepares incoming / outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read and write and comprehend the English language.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Work well in a team environment.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Places orders for stock.
Files MSDS sheets in departmental binders.
Responsible for inventory control.
Sorts and distributes incoming / outgoing USPS mail and campus mail.
Processes mail forwarding for current and former residents.
Performs courier services as requested/necessary.
Maintains confidentiality of all corporate and employee information.
Completes appropriate paperwork.
Attends office meetings during business hours.
Adheres to all safety regulations and guidelines.
Endorses and comply with the vision, procedures, and policies of Bethany Village.
All other duties as assigned.
