DESCRIPTION: Join our team as a Mailroom Clerk and contribute to ensuring smooth communication flow throughout our organization. In this position, you'll assist with managing the daily operations of the mailroom, handling both incoming and outgoing mail and packages while maintaining exceptional organization and accuracy. You'll operate essential mailroom equipment, coordinate with courier services, and provide outstanding customer service to internal staff and external contacts. You will also assist the Facilities team with daily tasks, including but not limited to, room set-ups, GEMBA walks, and other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • No prior experience required (previous mailroom or similar environment experience preferred)
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and mail items
  • Proficiency with mailroom equipment (postage meters, scanners, copiers)
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment to quality
  • Experience maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
