About The Position
The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising all employees assigned to the Security department, ensuring performance management of the staff. The role involves managing and overseeing all assigned areas to maintain a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel. The supervisor will support various areas in their security needs and establish working relationships with local police and fire departments. The position requires adherence to Andy Frain Services Core Values and compliance with all staff training. The supervisor must observe and report activities and incidents to ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel, while demonstrating strong leadership skills and maintaining a professional image.
