Texas Health Neighborhood Care & Wellness Prosper, a part of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano, serves the growing communities of Prosper, Frisco, Little Elm, Pilot Point, Celina, and surrounding areas in Collin County. Our facility provides outpatient and emergency services through a campus that includes a 24/7 Emergency Department and a 17,400-square-foot, two-story medical office building with primary care and specialist offices. Our 24/7 Emergency Department is staffed by the same physicians on the medical staff as Texas Health Plano, providing seamless integration with our hospital system. We offer comprehensive outpatient services including laboratory, physical therapy, sports therapy, and hand therapy. Our advanced imaging capabilities include MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, diagnostic and screening mammography, 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and bone densitometry. When a patient requires admission or surgery, they are transferred directly to the appropriate hospital by air or ground ambulance. Requirements
