About The Position
The Magnet Program Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Professional Practice by overseeing the ANCC Magnet designation and re-designation processes. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Magnet requirements through the collection and distribution of key quality metrics related to patient care services. The Magnet Program Manager serves as the primary liaison with the Magnet Office and must maintain expert knowledge of current Magnet standards while demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
