About The Position

Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation. Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects. Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills.
