We are seeking a skilled Magento Developer & Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Magento-based eCommerce sites. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in Magento development, and the ability to work with internal business stakeholders and internal development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Provide technical support for Magento-based websites, including troubleshooting issues, debugging errors, and optimizing performance.
  • Customize and extend Magento features to meet specific project requirements.
  • Integrate third-party extensions and modules as needed.
  • Optimize code for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal site performance.
  • Implement caching mechanisms to improve site responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Identify and address issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in the Magento codebase.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of developed features.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features, code, and configurations.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or updates to the Magento platform.
  • 3 years of Proven experience as a Magento Developer with a strong portfolio of Magento-based projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture (preferably Adobe Commerce cloud), best practices, and coding standards.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Magento 2.x and familiarity with the latest updates and features.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
