About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a leader to supervise risk and the operations of teller functions to deliver exceptional customer service and colleague experience. In this role, you will ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in teller functions, provide feedback and present ideas for improving customer service and colleague experience, and perform operational and customer support tasks. You will engage customers in conversations, build relationships, manage the schedule and daily operations of the teller line, and make decisions related to daily operations under the direction of regional banking management. Additionally, you will support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints, collaborate with branch employees and mid-level managers, and coach, motivate, and develop a team of direct reports to achieve their full potential. This position includes customer contact and job duties which may involve needs assessing and referring customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member, without taking an application or negotiating terms. Individuals in this position must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution.
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience.
