The Macy's Supply Chain Internship Program offers exposure to various functional areas within Supply Chain Operations. These areas include transportation and logistics, reverse logistics and vendor collaboration, program management, customer delivery, engineering and automation, network strategy and fulfillment, and operations. The Supply Chain Operations team oversees the development and performance of our end-to-end supply chain network. This includes optimizing the flow of products from our domestic and international suppliers through our fulfillment and store delivery centers to our stores and customers. The Supply Chain Interns will engage in cross-functional, high-impact projects aimed at process design, vendor standards, network performance, speed to customer, and automation. Macy's Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience and a deep understanding of a core business function in retail. Interns play a pivotal role in teams and contribute new ideas directly impacting the business. They are exposed to Macy's culture through interactions with senior leaders, participation in professional development workshops, and networking opportunities. The program may also lead to full-time opportunities with Macy's through our early careers program after graduation. This internship is on-site, working within one of our Distribution/Fulfillment facilities.
