About The Position
The position requires a candidate with a High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in the petrochemical or equivalent industrial field as an inside/outside machinist, millwright, or mechanic. Alternatively, candidates with a two-year Industrial Mechanics Degree and 2 years of relevant mechanic experience will also be considered. The role involves maintaining various types of rotating equipment, including centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, compressors, steam turbines, diaphragm pumps, unit fans, gearboxes, tank mixers, and chain-drive units. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, job documentation, and collaborating with vendors on repairs.
