Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator Supervisor - Third Shift to join our team in Miamisburg, Ohio. The Machinist Supervisor will be responsible for setting up the equipment to Cut, Bend, and Laser various materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience working with Semi-Automatic, Fully-Automatic and Manual Cycle machines in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
- Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
