About The Position

As a Machinist - Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will ensure efficient, safe machining processes, lead a team, and collaborate to meet production goals. Your leadership will optimize operations and enhance customer service. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the production capabilities and overall performance of our manufacturing unit by delivering high-quality machined parts that meet stringent specifications. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and maintain CNC machines and other precision equipment to produce components. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining. Perform quality checks and inspections on machined parts to ensure compliance with standards. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in machining and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining and programming.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
  • Experience in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to perform complex setups and adjustments on machining equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in aerospace or automotive sectors.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
